Labneh Feta Tzatziki Sauce (or dip)

Servings: 10 - 12 oz

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup labneh (or full-fat yogurt)
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • Juice of half a lemon (more to taste)
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced or grated
  • ¼ cup dill, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the labneh, feta cheese, lemon juice, cucumber, dill, garlic clove, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add more salt and lemon juice to taste. I ended up using a squeeze more of lemon.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
