Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup canned full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (dutch processed or cacoa powder would work fine too)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Jamie’s Farm Pomegranate Granola with Dark Chocolate (or granola of choice)
- Full-fat yogurt, to top
- Pomegranate seeds
Directions:
- In a medium sized jar or container, whisk together the canned coconut milk, pomegranate juice, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the chia seeds.
- Allow the chia seeds to sit for 15 minutes, stir again, and then cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours up to overnight.
- Serve the chia pudding with Jamie’s Farm Pomegranate Chocolate Granola, a scoop of yogurt, and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
