Ginger Citrus Wellness Shots

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh ginger, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 5 lemons, peel skin removed
  • 2 oranges, peel removedt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ cucumber, cut into chunks
  • Few cracks of black pepper (or a few pinches cayenne)

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture through a strainer, then bottle and store in the fridge for up to a week. If you want less pulp and a thinner texture, use cheesecloth or a nut milk bag.
