Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups fresh ginger, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 5 lemons, peel skin removed
- 2 oranges, peel removedt
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups coconut water
- ½ cucumber, cut into chunks
- Few cracks of black pepper (or a few pinches cayenne)
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer, then bottle and store in the fridge for up to a week. If you want less pulp and a thinner texture, use cheesecloth or a nut milk bag.
