Creamy Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Dressing

Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed (if you want it less spicy)
- 1 bunch cilantro, stems included
- ⅔ cup greek yogurt (150 g, or one 5.3 oz container)
- 1 tbsp agave (or honey)
- ½ cup olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Adjust to taste with more salt.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
