Carrot Orange Turmeric Juice

Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges (navel, sumo citrus, nara all work)
  • 1 ½ inch knob turmeric
  • ½ inch knob ginger
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Prepare your veggies and fruits: Peel or cut off the outside peel of the oranges and lemon. Wash the ginger and turmeric and chop into chunks. Wash the carrots and chop into chunks.
  2. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for several minutes, until completely smooth (alternatively you can use a juicer).
  3. Pour through a cheesecloth-lined sieve or a nut milk bag into a bowl. Funnel into a large jar or vessel with a lid
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
