Carrot Orange Turmeric Juice

Ingredients:
- 3 oranges (navel, sumo citrus, nara all work)
- 1 ½ inch knob turmeric
- ½ inch knob ginger
- 2 carrots
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups water
Directions:
- Prepare your veggies and fruits: Peel or cut off the outside peel of the oranges and lemon. Wash the ginger and turmeric and chop into chunks. Wash the carrots and chop into chunks.
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for several minutes, until completely smooth (alternatively you can use a juicer).
- Pour through a cheesecloth-lined sieve or a nut milk bag into a bowl. Funnel into a large jar or vessel with a lid
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
